We are an online store specializing in high-quality framed artwork. We curate a unique collection of pieces designed to add elegance and personality to any space.
How can I stay updated on new arrivals and promotions?

When will my artwork be delivered?
Please allow up to 6 weeks for the delivery of all art purchases, unless otherwise noted. Normally, deliveries are in within 3 weeks in the USA continent.
Lux et Umbra is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by severe weather or service interruptions.
All framing is made to order. This means that our average processing times range between 20-30 business days depending on its complexity.
Will I receive order and delivery notifications?
Yes, you will receive email updates to the email address provided upon purchase.
Will all my artwork arrive at the same time if I buy more than one art?
Framed works of art are shipped individually as soon as they are packaged to ensure quick delivery and prevent damage. You may receive them in different days.
Does someone need to be at home to sign for delivery?
All framed artworks are shipped requiring signature.
You will be sent an email notifying you when your artwork ships along with delivery details and information on whether a signature is required.
If a signature is required, anyone 18 years or older can sign.
Am I responsible for paying taxes and duties on my artwork?
According to our shop policy, buyers are responsible for any Duties and Import Taxes that may apply.
How is the artwork shipped out?
We carefully package the framed artwork and ship it out in a sturdy cardboard box.
The artwork was damaged when it arrived. What should I do?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as you notice the damage and within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will make a decision together. According to the extent of the damage, we can either repair the work, or you can return it and you will be refunded.
Can I exchange my artwork?
All framed artwork sales is final.
Can I pay with credit cards?
Yes. We accept most of the credit cards.
Is the artwork original?
Absolutely! All artworks purchased by our customers are original.
Original art is defined as any artwork created directly under the control and supervision of the artist. This can include unique one-of-a-kind artwork or limited- edition graphic works.
Does the artwork come with certification?
Yes, every work of art is backed with a Certificate, which is shipped in the package with the artwork. The Certificate provides edition information, relevant history, and provenance information.
Does the artwork come framed and with hanging hardware?
Yes. Lux et Umbra offers 3 different deluxe premium frame of your choice that is included with the artwork. Also, framed artwork is finished with hardware to securely mount and display each artwork.
Do you offer custom framing or artwork requests?
Currently, we do not offer custom framing, but we are always looking to expand our offerings. Stay tuned for future updates!
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards that can be purchased on our website. They make the perfect gift for any art lover.
Do you offer limited edition prints?
Yes, we occasionally release limited edition prints from our artists. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about exclusive releases.
What is the shipping cost?
We ship all our orders free within the USA continent. For all other regions shipping will be calculated at the checkout.
What country's do you ship to?
We deliver everywhere, or in any case all countries that our delivery companies operate in! Any concerns? Do not hesitate to contact us, as we will be able to find a solution for delivery.
What climate is best to display and store my artwork?
Avoid displaying or storing artwork in any damp or dark areas. Exposure to high levels of humidity may cause foxing, cracking, or organic growth (mold) on your artwork.
Displaying or storing artwork in areas where lighting, temperature and humidity levels rapidly fluctuate can cause stress on the medium of artwork, potentially resulting in the cracking of pigment and discoloration.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@luxetumbra.net. Once an order is processed, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
